Terms of Service

Veredly is a research tool for Amazon private-label sellers. You start with a 14-day free trial. We need a card on file to start, but we won't charge it until day 15. You can cancel at any point during those 14 days for zero charge. After day 14 you're billed monthly at the tier you picked. You can cancel any time. You're not locked into a year. Be a decent human, don't abuse the service, and we'll return the favor.

“Veredly,” “we,” or “us” refers to the owner of veredly.com (currently a sole proprietorship, soon a US LLC). “You” means you, the human reading this and using the product.

A subscription to one of three monthly plans: Starter $39, Pro $79, Power $149. Each starts with a 14-day free trial. Plans include the features listed atveredly.com/#pricing. We may add features over time. We'll tell you before we remove or meaningfully change any feature you're already using.

• Trial. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. We collect your card at the start so the subscription can convert smoothly on day 15. Nothing is charged during the trial itself.
• Auto-renewal.Day 15 onward, your card is billed monthly at your plan's price. We email a receipt for each charge.
• Cancellation. You can cancel any time from the dashboard or by emailing us. Cancel before day 15: zero charge. Cancel after: no further charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Refunds.If something is genuinely broken on our end within 7 days of a charge, ask and we'll refund. For changes of mind, cancellation is the right path.
• Price changes.If we ever raise prices on existing customers, you get at least 30 days' notice and the option to cancel before the new price takes effect.

You agree not to:

• Resell access to your Veredly account
• Scrape, mirror, or rebuild a competing product on top of our API
• Run automated tools against the service at a rate clearly above human use (we have rate limits; please respect them)
• Try to circumvent the trial or tier gating (sharing accounts, cycling cards, etc.)
• Use the service for anything illegal

If you do, we may suspend your account. We'll tell you why and give you a chance to respond before any permanent ban.

Anything you put into Veredly (your lookup history, your watchlist, drafts of listings) belongs to you. You can export it as CSV at any time. We will never sell it, license it, or use it to train AI models without your explicit opt-in. See the privacy policyfor the full breakdown.

Our grades and AI verdicts are educated estimates based on third-party Amazon market data. We work hard to make them useful, but no research tool can guarantee a product will succeed. You are responsible for your own launch decisions. Veredly isn't liable for any sourcing, inventory, or advertising losses based on a grade we displayed.

• No warranty.The service is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but can't guarantee either at all times.
• Liability cap. If something goes wrong, our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. If you never paid us, the cap is $0.
• Indemnification. If you misuse the service and we get sued because of it, we may ask you to cover the defense costs.
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes go to arbitration there before any court action.

These are standard-shape SaaS terms. We're not lawyers. If you're about to put your business on the line based on this, ask one.

You can delete your account from the dashboard (button coming soon, for now email us). On deletion we remove your account row and your lookup history within 30 days. Billing records are retained per US tax law.

We may terminate your account if you breach these terms, don't pay, or use the service in a way that puts our infrastructure at risk. We'll tell you why and give you a chance to fix it first whenever practical.

If we make a material change to these terms, we'll email every active account at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the change. If you don't, cancel before then and you won't be billed again.
