Terms of Service

Veredly starts with a 14-day free trial. We ask for a card when you sign up, but we don't charge it during the trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, Stripe charges the monthly or annual price you selected. Monthly plans renew each month. Annual plans are charged once for the full year and renew yearly. You can cancel any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and you keep access through the end of any period you've already paid for. If you ask within seven days of a charge, we'll refund it.

“Veredly,” “we,” or “us” refers to the Veredly service operated by InPerp LLC. “You” means the person or business using the product.

Veredly has three plans, each available with monthly or annual billing: Starter $39/month or $390/year; Pro $79/month or $790/year; Power $149/month or $1,490/year. Annual pricing gives you 12 months for the price of 10. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Current features and lookup limits are listed atveredly.com/#pricing. We may add features over time. We'll tell you before we remove or meaningfully change a feature you're already using.

• Trial. At signup, you choose monthly or annual billing. We collect your card at the start, but nothing is charged during the 14-day trial.
• Auto-renewal.If you don't cancel before the trial ends, Stripe charges the price and billing interval you selected on day 15. Monthly plans renew monthly. Annual plans are charged in full and renew yearly. We email a receipt after every charge.
• Cancellation.You can cancel any time from the dashboard or by emailing us. Cancel before the trial ends and we charge nothing. If you cancel after a charge, future renewals stop and you keep access through the end of the monthly or annual period you've already paid for. Cancellation does not refund the current period unless the refund policy below applies.
• Usage and overage.Each ASIN or keyword researched counts as one lookup. MCP batch tools use one lookup for each ASIN successfully researched. On monthly subscriptions, lookups above the plan allowance cost $0.10 each and appear on the next invoice. Annual subscriptions currently do not incur an extra lookup charge. We'll give notice before changing that.
• Refunds.Ask within 7 days of any Veredly subscription charge and we'll refund it, no questions asked. A full refund ends access for the refunded paid period.
• Price changes.If we ever raise prices on existing customers, you get at least 30 days' notice and the option to cancel before the new price takes effect.

You agree not to:

• Resell access to your Veredly account
• Scrape, mirror, or rebuild a competing product on top of our API
• Run automated tools against the service at a rate clearly above human use (we have rate limits; please respect them)
• Try to circumvent the trial or tier gating (sharing accounts, cycling cards, etc.)
• Use the service for anything illegal

If you do, we may suspend your account. We'll tell you why and give you a chance to respond before any permanent ban.

Anything you put into Veredly (your lookup history, your watchlist, drafts of listings) belongs to you. You can export lookup history and watchlist data using the export controls provided in those views. We will never sell it, license it, or use it to train our own models without your explicit opt-in. Our grades and AI verdicts are educated estimates based on third-party Amazon market data. We work hard to make them useful, but no research tool can guarantee a product will succeed. You are responsible for your own launch decisions. Veredly isn't liable for any sourcing, inventory, or advertising losses based on a grade we displayed.

• No warranty.The service is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but can't guarantee either at all times.
• Liability cap. If something goes wrong, our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. If you never paid us, the cap is $0.
• Indemnification. If you misuse the service and we get sued because of it, we may ask you to cover the defense costs.
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, subject to any consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to waive.

Nothing in these terms removes a legal right that cannot be waived.

You can request account deletion from Settings or email us. We aim to remove your account and lookup history within 30 days. Billing, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal records may be retained when required.

We may terminate your account if you breach these terms, don't pay, or use the service in a way that puts our infrastructure at risk. We'll tell you why and give you a chance to fix it first whenever practical.

We'll update the date at the top when these terms change. For material changes, we'll give active accounts reasonable advance notice by email where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the change. If you don't, cancel before then and you won't be billed again.
